Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the daily schedules for a fleet of 42 curtain-sided and articulated vehicles Track drivers in real-time, ensuring efficient route planning and prompt issue resolution Communicate with drivers throughout the day to manage delays, rerouting, and service updates Resolve operational problems as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to services Maintain accurate transport and delivery records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transport planning function What We\’re Looking For: Previous experience in a transport planning or logistics coordination role Strong understanding of UK road transport operations and compliance Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage changing priorities Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and planning software is a plus A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Why Join Us?
