Our client is an established, independent provider of professional scaffolding and associated trade services operating from premises in London. They provide multiple services such as Contract Scaffolding, Emergency Response & Dangerous Structures, Fabrication Works, Transport & Logistics and Specialist Works.
Due to the ongoing success, our client now requires an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic and experienced team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting and preparing accurate estimates on projects.

Position Overview
- Visit sites to evaluate requirements, measure required areas, and assess any considerations or challenges.
- Calculate project costs, including materials, labour, and additional expenses.
- Prepare concise and clear proposals and quotations for clients.
- Maintain records of project details, estimates, and communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide clarification on estimates, and negotiate terms as necessary.
- Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to provide the best recommendations to clients and colleagues.
Position Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience as an Estimator.
- Must be from a Scaffolding background.
- Knowledgeable in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Can work well as part of a team.
