The Role

We\’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with:

• At least 3 years\’ experience in recruitment.
• A proven track record of annual billings over 100,000
• The hunger and self-discipline to thrive in a hybrid setup (2 days in our Chichester office, 3 days remote-based on consistent performance).

What You\’ll Get

• Competitive starting salary from 25,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission, no thresholds – earn from your first placement.

Realistic OTE:

• Year 1: 35,000 – 45,000
• Year 2: 45,000 – 55,000
• Year 3: 60,000+

Flexible hybrid working-with a central office steps away from shops, caf s, salons, and everything Chichester has to offer.

Short workweek:

• Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30
• Fridays: 08:30-13:00

Holiday package:

• 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
• Paid Christmas shutdown
• Extra day off per year of service (up to 25 days)
