Project Manager – High End Residential Our client is a well-established Design & Build company delivering high quality residential and commercial projects, for over a decade. Known for its collaborative approach and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, this company works closely with clients, architects, and designers to produce distinctive, innovative properties completed on time and within budget. The team is driven by quality and attention to detail, creating bespoke projects that stand out in the high-end residential sector. Due to company growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high end residential construction to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role that requires a proven track record managing residential projects valued between £500K and £3M. The ideal Project Manager will be adept at managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial client coordination and valuations to procurement, site visits, and final delivery. This role involves close collaboration with office staff and site teams, including regular site visits with the Director, approximately every two weeks. Firstly, what\’s in it for you?
