About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership. You will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking through to completion of service and repair work. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service, MOT, repair, and maintenance bookings
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and workshop technicians
  • Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and completion times
  • Identify and communicate additional repair or service work
  • Upsell relevant service, maintenance, and parts opportunities
  • Process parts enquiries and place orders where required
  • Ensure all job cards, records, and systems are accurately maintained
  • Always deliver excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
