Our client is a specialist engineering and manufacturing business. We are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machinist.

Benefits:

  • £17-£19 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • 1.5x for overtime
  • 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure
  • Birthday off to celebrate you
  • 40 hours per week & flexitime options

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills
  • Operate manual mills as required
  • Use inspection and measurement equipment to verify components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience operating CNC mills
  • Proficiency in manual milling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience with CNC or manual lathes is advantageous
