This is an opportunity to join a brilliant company who has experienced exponential growth throughout the last year.\\n\\nPosition Overview:\\n\\nAs a Field Sales Executive within our client's business, you will be accountable for the profitable delivery of sales through new customers.

This involves developing customer relationships, educating customers about our client's various products and services, and advising clients on the most appropriate product that best suits their needs. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver targeted sales -\\n\\nThrough targeted Sales & Marketing activity, proactively secure new customer sales through their existing market to achieve monthly revenue targets and KPI's.\\nWork with marketing to identify new target markets and develop new sales strategies to increase sales.Ensure agreed margin levels are maintained -\\n\\nDemonstrate the full potential of the products and services they offer with the knowledge and confidence required to accurately meet a new customer's needs.\\nCarry out surveys of properties to gain accurate measurements for products, where required.\\nProvide accurate and detailed information for each sale to ensure the customer's exact requirements are understood and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.\\nIdentify opportunities to cross sell or upsell.Develop new customer relationships -\\n\\nRegular and timely meetings with customers to establish their needs and build relationships.\\nQuickly and professionally resolve any customer concerns or questions.\\nFollow the sales process from beginning to end and make recommendations for improvements to secure more sales or improve the customer journey.\\nUtilise multiple communication methods to provide the best service for the customer, such as face to face meetings, telephone conversations, emails, and WhatsApp messages.Other Responsibilities:\\n\\nEffectively and accurately input information into their in-house sales management system and ensure all paperwork is to the company standard and available in a timely manner.\\nAs part of a wider sales and customer support team, ensure excellent communication skills to promote teamwork and a collaborative working environment.\\nFeedback on any product improvements you identify.\\nSupport colleagues in their role and new starters into the team.\\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures.\\nAs a medium sized business, it is important you are prepared to roll your sleeves up and help wherever is needed to support the Customer or the Company.\\nAdhere to our Health & Safety guidelines and those of the Health & Safety Act 1974.Key Accountability's:\\n\\nAchieving agreed sales targets and KPI's.\\nFollowing the sales process in place and making recommendations for improvements.\\nCarrying out the role with honesty and integrity, whilst demonstrating the company values, and with the company's best interest at heart.Required Experience/ Skills: \\n\\n2 years sales experience.\\nClean full UK driving license.\\nExperience of working to sales targets, KPI's and deadlines.\\nEffective communication skills (face to face/ telephone/ teams/ zooms).\\nStrong relationship building skills. \\n\\nStreamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the United Kingdom.
