The business provides a full start-to-finish service, with projects covering excavation, structural construction, rendering, paving, landscaping and pool installation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Groundworker, Builder or Plant Operative looking to develop specialist skills within the swimming pool industry and progress within an established family business. Site Manager - Position Overview Carry out groundwork and excavation works associated with swimming pool construction and refurbishment. Operate mini diggers and other relevant plant and machinery. Undertake general building works including block laying, rendering, paving and landscaping. Assist with swimming pool installations, refurbishments, alterations and servicing. Work closely with the business owner to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Liaise professionally with clients on site and represent the business to a high standard. Assist with organising labour, materials, plant and equipment across projects. Identify and resolve practical issues and contribute ideas to improve the business. Take on increasing responsibility across projects and day-to-day operations as the business grows.Site Manager - Position Requirements Previous experience in groundworks, excavation, general building or a similar construction environment. Mini digger experience desirable. Practical experience in block laying, rendering, paving or landscaping. Swimming pool experience desirable but not essential. Full UK driving licence.
