My client provides end-to-end supply chain and transportation solutions, specialising in freight management, warehousing, and distribution. The company is focused on optimising logistics operations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for its clients.
The Role: We are seeking an individual to oversee the operational, financial, and compliance functions of the depot, implementing systems and procedures to improve efficiency and overall performance. You will lead and support staff to ensure duties are carried out in line with company policies, while providing ongoing training and coaching to support development. The role also includes full responsibility for the ownership and compliance of the Exeter O'Licence, as well as driving profitability through business development and strengthening existing client relationships.
