Our client is a well-established logistics company supporting the transportation of passengers around Heathrow and the surrounding areas of West London. Due to the continued success of the business, they are looking for a Transport Performance Analyst to join their office located just outside of Heathrow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking transportation data extensively, performing quantitative analysis, and identifying and recommending improvements to in-house systems and the company's processes. They will play a key role in helping the company implement new policies and procedures.
Position Overview- Undertake analysis and reporting on all aspects of transport performance data.
- Identify discrepancies in the transportation systems and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative assessments of operational performance and travel trends.
- Support the development and maintenance of a central intelligence hub and data library.
- Monitor transport industry trends, standards, and practices to identify developments in logistics planning.
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in statistics, frameworks, and performance analysis.
- A collaborator with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, particularly working with data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to execute SQL queries.
- Experience within Transport and/or Logistics industry.
- Basic gross salary of 40,000.00 per annum.
- Hybrid work pattern: Flexible schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
- 25 days of annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
