As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for projects from the tender stage, all the way through to handover and final account. You will be managing subcontractors, contract negotiations and collaborating with the wider projects team to ensure smooth project running. The right candidate will be highly commercially aware, very well organised and bring an in-depth fit-out background. You will also have a keen eye for details and an interest in sharing your skills with the next generation of the project team.
