The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the senior commercial team in the delivery of interior fit‑out projects, gaining structured experience across drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, firestopping and specialist finishes. Key Responsibilities Site Measurement - Conduct site measurements and verify drawings, layouts and completed works. Cost Management - Assist with cost tracking, variations, purchase orders and project expenditure. Package Support - Support the management of specialist packages including drylining, partitions, ceilings, firestopping and doorsets. Valuations - Assist with monthly valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Procurement - Review subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities. Documentation - Maintain accurate commercial records including site diaries, delivery notes and project documentation. Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Commercial Support - Provide day‑to‑day commercial and administrative assistance to Senior Surveyors. Requirements Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline (completed or in progress). Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
