Duration: 2 Months We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term contract on a care home project.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strong background in drylining and interior fit-out, with experience managing subcontractors and coordinating works on live construction sites.
Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day site activities throughout the project.
Oversee drylining packages, including partitions, plasterboarding, suspended ceilings and associated interior fit-out works.
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain programme.
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
Produce and review RAMS, permits to work and site documentation.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays.
