The Role
We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with:
- At least 3 years' experience in recruitment.
- A proven track record of annual billings over £100,000
- The hunger and self-discipline to thrive in a hybrid setup (2 days in our Chichester office, 3 days remote-based on consistent performance).
What You'll Get
- Competitive starting salary from £25,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission, no thresholds - earn from your first placement.
Realistic OTE:
- Year 1: £35,000 - £45,000
- Year 2: £45,000 - £55,000
- Year 3: £60,000+
Flexible hybrid working-with a central office steps away from shops, cafés, salons, and everything Chichester has to offer.
Short workweek:
- Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30
- Fridays: 08:30-13:00
Holiday package:
- 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
- Paid Christmas shutdown
