The business offers a full turnkey service, including bespoke joinery manufacturing, design and build solutions, and specialist medical fitouts tailored to each client's requirements. Due to company growth, they are looking to take on a project quantity surveyor. In this role you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end commercial management across construction projects, including:
- Cost planning
- Tender submissions
- Contract administration
- Procurement
- Budget control
You will provide strategic cost advice, manage change processes, mitigate financial risks and build strong client relationships.
