Due to company growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high end residential construction to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role that requires a proven track record managing residential projects valued between £500K and £3M.
The ideal Project Manager will be adept at managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial client coordination and valuations to procurement, site visits, and final delivery. This role involves close collaboration with office staff and site teams, including regular site visits with the Director, approximately every two weeks.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee high-end residential projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including valuations, schedules, and progress reports.
- Lead procurement activities and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities to track supplies and materials.
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and smooth project flow.
- Conduct site visits regularly alongside senior site managers to monitor progress and quality.
- Support and contribute to office operations, assisting with project planning and administration.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential construction project management with a focus on high-end properties.
- Experience managing residential projects strictly within the £500K to £3M range.
- Experience working outside of large corporate construction firms; preference for candidates from smaller or mid-sized specialist residential builders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare and manage detailed project documentation including Bills of Quantities and procurement schedules.
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site with frequent site visits.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
