Our client, a well-established construction company based in Dunston area is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex and varied projects, taking full commercial responsibility from initial concept through to final delivery.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving project success and adding real value across multiple schemes. As Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Act as a commercial lead, ensuring financial performance and control
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
