Our client is a well-established construction company specialising in residential and commercial refurbishment, restoration, and fit-out projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated, organised, and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of works.
The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and management of multiple small to medium-sized projects, including residential refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, property restorations, maintenance upgrades, and general construction works. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will support projects from initial instruction through to completion and client handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to further develop their project management career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The position offers excellent exposure to a wide range of construction disciplines, trades, and refurbishment projects within a fast-paced and professional setting.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of projects to ensure works are completed:
- Safely and in compliance with health & safety regulations
- Within agreed programme deadlines

Position Remuneration:
- Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00
- 28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays)

Position Requirements:
- Previous experience within the residential and/or commercial construction, refurbishment, or restoration sector
- Good understanding of construction methods, refurbishment works, and project delivery within the built environment
- Knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, contractors, and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within fast-paced project environments
- Full UK driving licence
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple live projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering a high standard of work.
