Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across import and export shipments
  • Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods
  • Prepare, check, and process all required shipping and customs documentation accurately
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or delays as they arise
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant transport, customs, and trade regulations
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records across all shipments, including tracking, billing, and documentation
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding promptly to queries and requests
  • Experience across both import and export freight operations

Job Skills Required:

  • Freight forwarding experience minimum 2 years' experience
  • Someone who can take ownership and see the job through from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
