Our client is an established freight and logistics provider, specialising in end-to-end multimodal transport services. We are looking to recruit an experienced Export Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete export process, from bookings and documentation to customs, while coordinating with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure shipments are timely and efficient.
Package:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Export Coordinator - Responsibilities:
- Manage export shipments across airfreight and seafreight operations
- Communicate with customers, hauliers, carriers, and overseas agents
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines
- Coordinate collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met
- Complete export customs declarations and associated documentation
- Prepare export documentation, manifests, and certificates of origin where required
- Liaise with warehouses to confirm screening and check weighing have been completed
- Finalise documentation and confirm vessels and flights have been met
- Issue invoices and send pre-alerts to overseas agents
