Job Description
Estimator
Our client started as a construction company focusing on residential and commercial projects. Since then, they've grown to include in-house manufacturing of aluminium windows and doors, as well as property development, allowing them full control over projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotations for aluminium window and door systems using Logical software, while coordinating with clients, production teams, and installers to ensure accuracy, resolve technical issues, and support pre-construction activities.

- The role is fully office-based, although some flexibility can be discussed
- Salary is up to £45,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for aluminium window and door systems using Logical software
- Liaise with clients to clarify specifications and resolve any quotation-related queries
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Identify and resolve design issues raised by tradespeople or installers
- Discuss technical concerns directly with clients and offer suitable alternatives or solutions
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all quotes, revisions, and related correspondence
- Provide support to the sales and contracts teams during tender and pre-construction phases
