The Role
We are seeking an individual to oversee the operational, financial, and compliance functions of the depot, implementing systems and procedures to improve efficiency and overall performance. The role includes leading and supporting staff, providing training and coaching, full responsibility for the Exeter O’Licence ownership and compliance, and driving profitability through business development and strengthening existing client relationships.
