Our client is a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor serving developers throughout Devon. They work in partnership with more than ten of the UK's largest housebuilders, delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundworks that support the delivery of much-needed new homes. By managing the early stages of construction, they help streamline the development process for their clients. This is achieved through a dedicated in-house workforce of skilled professionals who ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
They are now looking to recruit a plant administration assistant to ensure the smooth running of the plant machinery arm of their business. You will be providing support to the plant machinery manager, across maintenance, transport and delivery as required by the business.
Position Duties
- Ensuring maintenance plans are scheduled and reviewed in accordance with the company requirements.
- Supporting and working with the plant manager to ensure that machinery team can meet the business requirements.
- Ensuring that new machinery is registered and filed correctly.
