By managing the early stages of construction, they help streamline the development process for their clients. This is achieved through a dedicated in-house workforce of skilled professionals who ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking an Estimator to join its pre-construction team in Cornwall. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing together project scope, designs, and cost estimates to meet stakeholder expectations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential, as you will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to produce accurate, competitive quotations while ensuring procurement requirements are met.
