The company supplies a wide range of machinery such as cherry pickers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, spider lifts, and ultra booms for construction and industrial projects. They also offer site surveys, qualified operators, and engineering support to ensure customers receive the most suitable and safe access solution for their work. As part of the Access Link network and an IPAF Rental+ accredited company, they deliver nationwide coverage while maintaining high standards in safety, training, and customer service.
They are now looking to recruit a service engineer to support their busy Cornwall depot, playing a key role in the maintenance, servicing, inspection, and repair of a wide range of powered access equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards, minimising downtime and supporting efficient operations across the depot.
- Servicing, inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment including but not limited to scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, static booms and ultra booms.
- Ensuring high level safety and performance standards while in post for all equipment.
- Update and maintain details and accurate records of servicing and maintenance.
- Completion of new equipment training as necessary.
- IPAF Qualification is essential along with CAP qualification.
- Background in servicing and maintenance of powered access equipment, or similar equipment.
- Electrical and hydraulic experience.
- Full Driving Licence.
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Regular working hours, Monday to Friday with some flexibility available to the right candidate.
20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
Company pension scheme.
