Our client is a leading provider of fire protection solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-performance fire protection systems for various industries.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of nationwide projects involving the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke fire-rated cabling containment and ductwork systems.
Package:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Salary £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Coordinate design, manufacturing and installation activities.
- Work closely with clients, project managers and site teams to ensure programmes and deadlines are met.
- Manage project schedules, resources, logistics and installation teams.
- Attend client meetings, site meetings and site inspections.
- Ensure all projects comply with health & safety requirements, including CDM regulations.
- Ensure risk assessments, method statements and other project documentation are in place.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
- Manage and resolve client queries, variations and contractual issues.
- Source and coordinate suitably qualified installation teams.
- Lead and support site supervisors, project coordinators and installation teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations or project management within construction, building services or specialist manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems, fire-rated ductwork and/or containment systems.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, installation and site operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple projects.
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements and construction regulations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects across the UK.
