Accountant – Accountancy Practice

Our client, a well-established accountancy practice is seeking a full-time Accountant to join their friendly, growing team. This role offers variety across accounts preparation, tax, and bookkeeping for a diverse client base, providing an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice experience in a supportive environment.

Accountant – Accountancy Practice

Responsibilities

  • Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies from incomplete records.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Complete self-assessment tax returns and corporation tax returns.
  • Assist with monthly bookkeeping and management accounts.
  • Support clients with Capital Gains Tax calculations and submissions.
  • Liaise with clients and HMRC as required to resolve queries promptly.
