Role Overview The Site Manager will manage in delivering drylining and internal fit-out packages on a live project in the South Coast (Mainly Petersfield and Farnham).
The role requires strong technical knowledge of partitions, ceilings, SFS, and associated internal works, along with proven experience managing subcontractors, quality, and programme.
Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple live projects across the South Coast, maintaining structure, pace, and consistent delivery standards.
Manage partitions, MF ceilings, SFS and ensure all internal systems are installed correctly across several sites.
Complete inspections, uphold high workmanship standards, and close out snags efficiently.
Lead drylining teams and additional trades, resolving issues quickly and maintaining workflow.
Track progress across all sites, identify risks early, and keep delivery aligned with deadlines.
Maintain safe working environments, enforce RAMS, and run toolbox talks across multiple locations.
Review details, ensure correct installation, and prevent rework across all projects.
Plan deliveries, manage materials, and maintain organised setups across multiple sites.
Requirements Proven background managing drylining packages end-to-end on commercial or residential projects.
