Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Wood Machinist to join a busy machine shop team within a high-quality manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production output, maintaining quality standards, and helping develop less experienced team members within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience mentoring or training apprentices (or willingness to do so)
  • Strong awareness of health & safety practices
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
