We are looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing / Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build and preparation of equipment.
Package:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in daily duties including assembly, rework and testing of equipment
- Supervise and support engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical support
- Support with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projects
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures across all workshop activities
- Carry out and oversee quality inspections and checks
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlines
- Attend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delays
- Contribute to continuous improvement through product and process feedback
Requirements:
- Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HND
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong experience in mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly
