Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support the successful delivery of large-scale steelwork and construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of cost control, contract administration and financial reporting, working closely with project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
The successful candidate will manage valuations, variations, procurement and commercial documentation, providing clear commercial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project costs from tender through to final account
