Our client is a leading provider of turnkey Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions, delivering, maintaining, and managing integrated building systems including HVAC, CCTV, alarms, utilities, and fire detection.
Due to continued growth and an increasing project portfolio, they are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. Working within a close-knit team of 6-8 colleagues in a spacious open-plan office, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and service department. Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders via phone and email, you will need a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational and diary management skills will be essential to ensure schedules run efficiently and clients receive the attention they deserve.
Position Duties
- Manage and monitor shared inboxes, ensuring correspondence is forwarded promptly and appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Organise, update, and maintain office filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Accurately input and maintain data within the company CRM system.
- Use Google Workspace to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.
- Provide diary and calendar management for colleagues and meeting spaces.
- Support the wider team with general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Position Requirements
- Previous administrative experience within construction, maintenance coordination, manufacturing, or a related technical environment is essential.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Professional telephone manner and clear written communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Located within a commutable distance of Redhill.
