Our client is a prominent provider of high-quality commercial interior fit-outs, specialising in exceptional partitions, carpentry and ceiling suspended ceiling services. On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

- £55,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate project estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring risks are minimized and value maximized.
- Track project costs and progress to ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to meet their expectations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal frameworks.
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in commercial interiors or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost management software.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
