On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape the brand strategy, drive awareness and demand across both trade and retail markets, manage a team of two, and contribute to key commercial decisions.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a confident user of AI, applying it to market research, insight generation, and content creation to deliver commercially effective, brand-consistent marketing.
