The company works closely with homeowners, developers, architects, and trade clients to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient glazing solutions supported by expert advice, professional installation, and strong customer service. They are now seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Manager to drive business development and support continued growth. In this role, you will build strong relationships with industry contacts, manage key client accounts, increase repeat business, and identify new commercial opportunities. Joining a driven and ambitious team, you will play a leading role in achieving high-performance sales targets and contributing to the company's ongoing success.
Position Duties- The main role of the job will be taking ownership for driving and building commercial opportunities, to increase revenue.
- You will be managing client accounts and building long term relationships, leading to repeat business, and giving exceptional client outcomes.
- Understand and advise clients on requirements, proposing best-outcome solutions.
- Pipeline reporting to the company director on a regular basis.
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to hand over stages.
- Travelling throughout Sussex, Surrey and surrounding areas to meet with clients.
- Tracking, understanding and re-investing in the right marketing leads.
- A thorough background in glazing, windows, doors, or construction, along with a track record of sales ability.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at managing clients and business development, with B2B Sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge in Excel use is essential.
- Experience in design of windows, or glazing, or construction is preferred but not essential.
- A self-motivated and pro-active mindset is essential for the position, along with a 'no problem' approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, over the phone, face-to-face and written.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety procedure for site and client visits.
- A full driving licence and the ability to reliably commute to Haywards Heath is essential.
- Competitive Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.
- Regular working hours, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
