Our client specialise in construction, fit-out and refurbishment of high-performance spaces. Due to ongoing success, our client now requires an Estimator to join their dynamic and experienced team. You will review jobs, pull together the scope, measure and price works, submit quotations to clients, and support the design process.
What's in it for you?
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Predominantly office based, with UK-wide travel to sites as required.
- Β£35,000 - Β£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Position Overview
- Act as a client-focused contact during pre-construction and pricing stages.
- Review enquiries, drawings and specifications to define project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed take-offs, measurements and cost estimates.
- Develop clear, competitive pricing and quotation submissions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to support design development and coordination.
- Manage elements of the design process, ensuring cost, buildability and programme alignment.
- Identify risks, opportunities and value-engineering options.
- Travel to sites and client locations across the UK as required.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in estimating for construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong ability to review drawings and specifications, develop scope, and carry out measurements.
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations.
- Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Design coordination support experience (or willingness to develop this) and strong attention to detail.
