Estimator – Roofing

Our client is a leading commercial roofing refurbishment specialist, delivering high-quality, tailored solutions across the UK.

They are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates, conducting site surveys, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support successful project delivery. This role will be primarily office-based with national travel as required.

  • £50,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects, primarily flat roofing
  • Conduct site surveys across the UK as required
  • Produce detailed cost breakdowns and professional proposals
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support tender submissions and project delivery
  • Work from the office, with flexibility for national travel

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years\’ experience in flat roofing estimating (essential)
  • Experience in pitched roofing estimating (desirable)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Sound technical knowledge of roofing systems
