The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to provide holiday cover on an active project in Storrington.

The assignment will run for an initial 2-week period, with the possibility of extending based on project needs and performance.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in
drylining
and
internal fit-out , with the capability to manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee multiple trades effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations throughout the holiday cover period.

Oversee drylining and internal fit-out activities.

Coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades to maintain workflow.

Track progress against programme milestones and deadlines.

Conduct quality checks and manage snagging.

Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and required standards.

Maintain high health & safety standards across the site.

Liaise with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

Keep the site safe, organised, and productive.

Requirements
Proven background as a Site Manager, Fit-Out Manager, or Finishing Manager.

Essential experience in drylining and internal fit-out.

Strong subcontractor and multi-trade coordination skills.

Good understanding of construction programmes and site logistics.

Valid
CSCS
and
SMSTS .

Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Available immediately for a 2-week assignment, with potential to extend.
