Salary: £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + overtime

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a small, enthusiastic team. This is a site-based role (approximately 70%) with the remaining time spent in the field installing products for customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in completing the full project cycle from panel installation and termination to system commissioning and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with industrial electrical installation and panel termination on site
  • Work alongside system commissioning engineers to complete projects to a fully operational and signed-off system
  • Oversee projects on site and report progress to the Manufacturing Manager
  • Install products and carry out maintenance at customer sites
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in industrial electrical installation and control panel work
  • Hands-on experience building, testing, or commissioning control panels preferred
  • Ability to work on-site for most of the week and independently in the field
  • Strong practical electrical skills with attention to detail
