Key Responsibilities
- Managing 14 to 40 warehouse operatives
- Supervising picking, packing, and cross-docking operations
- Providing training, coaching, and mentorship
- Ensuring order accuracy and timely dispatch
- Delegating workload and monitoring performance
- Handling stock control, quality checks, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience
- Ability to manage and motivate a large team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-paced warehousing (fashion/FMCG preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
- Handling luxury or high-value goods
- Understanding KPIs and performance management
