We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Container Loaders to join a busy distribution operation based in Stanford-le-Hope. This is a long-term, consistent role with the opportunity to secure a full-time contract after 13 weeks, subject to performance and attendance.

Shift Patterns: You may be required to work a combination of the following shifts, or one set depending on operational requirements:

  • Monday to Friday 18:00 – 22:00
  • 23:00 – 03:00
  • Tuesday to Saturday 04:00 – 08:00

Flexibility across shifts is preferred.

Pay Rate: £12.32 per hour. Weekly pay (one week in arrears).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Handling items up to 35kg
  • Organising parcels onto conveyor belts
  • Working within one department for the duration of your shift
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work early mornings, evenings and nights as required
  • Previous warehouse or container loading experience beneficial but not essential
