We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join an M&E Sub Contractor working on a Residential / Commercial project. The role involves producing stage 5-6 models and drawings.
Location: Initially site-based in West London, then at offices near Liverpool Street.
- Produce drawings and 3D models.
- Create drawings and sketches to resolve design issues.
- Responsible for producing M&E and PH drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Provide solutions to coordination issues on site efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop design drawings through to construction and As Built stages, including integrating Technical Submittal information into Revit models.
- Attend meetings with architects, consultants, and trades to resolve clashes and design issues within the federated model.
