Streamline Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Administrator to join our client's team in Basildon. In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to coordinate all transport deliveries and manage incoming goods from suppliers. You will liaise with partners and customers to ensure deliveries are completed on time, support general enquiries, and maintain accurate records across internal systems and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier purchase orders and delivery dates, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and update delivery schedules and order information using Google Sheets.
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier deliveries, resolving issues as required.
- Record and track action points from weekly Operations Meetings.
- Issue end-of-day invoicing to Accounts by required cut-off times.
- Book standard deliveries and installation appointments with clients.
- Prepare and issue paperwork for fitters and installation teams.
- Handle general administrative customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and installations.
- Follow up on completed deliveries and installations to gather customer feedback and support ISO compliance.
- Match delivery notes to corresponding orders for filing, including Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Provide the Sales Team with regular updates on supplier lead times.
