Role Overview: As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee mechanical installation works on complex commercial fit-out and infrastructure projects. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support the successful delivery of high-profile schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installation works on commercial fit-out projects.
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme.
- Maintain high health & safety standards and carry out site inspections.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
- Carry out quality checks, snagging, and assist with commissioning and handover.
- Report progress and issues to senior site management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the MEP/building services sector.
- Strong background in commercial fit-out projects (essential).
- Minimum 5 years traceable work history (essential).
- Must live within 1 hour of Heathrow (essential).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / HNC / HND desirable).
