This is your chance to join a specialist in the UK MEP Design market. We are working closely with a consultancy with over 25 years of market pedigree, who specialise in a mixture of Commercial Office, High-End Residential & Student Accommodation. They boast a highly diverse group of skilled design engineers, all of whom come with a wealth of knowledge performing designs on M&E packages.
Located near Covent Garden and with easy commute access, our client is dedicated to delivering sustainable, high-performance building services design and strategic advice across all stages of construction. The firm blends practical engineering with a strong focus on low-carbon and sustainable solutions, offering integrated services from concept through commissioning — including mechanical, electrical and public health design, energy and sustainability consulting, specialist lighting, vertical transportation design and more.
With a team of experienced engineers and low-carbon consultants, they work closely with developers, owners and occupiers to meet both regulatory requirements and client goals, emphasising quality, simplicity and innovation in every project.
We are offering the opportunity for someone to help build a team of dedicated Electrical Engineers under the guidance of 4 dedicated specialists. Our client already has a core of Mechanical & Electrical specialists, and they are keen to add more to their Electrical team to help the business grow and meet the high demand for their work. They work with some of the leading main contractors and sub-contractors in MEP build to carry out CAT-A design as well as RIBA stage 4 projects. Their work is in very high demand for the sheer level of detail.
We are looking for someone who has the desire to build upon the success of the last 25 years and grow the business further. We require someone who is capable of growing the business, sitting in meetings with contractors and negotiating packages, as well as being hands-on for the design process too.
Our client is eager for someone to come and develop quickly into the leader of their Electrical department, capable of leading a small team of dedicated specialists. You will be given the flexibility and trust to carry out work in collaboration with the Mechanical & Building Physics teams internally. As the company grows, this is a massive opportunity to become a Director in no time at all. Our client is also owned by an employee trust, so you will be given access to equity in the firm in time.
This is the ideal time to be joining a firm on the brink of huge growth as they look to build revenue, as well as a chance to become one of the Directors in no time at all. This is an urgent role, so please take the time to apply and we will reach out to you with full details.
