Forklift Operative in Tilbury

Were currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Tilbury, handling a variety of goods including timber panel products, cocoa, and coffee sacks.

This is a hybrid FLT role, meaning youll be required to operate the forklift and assist with general warehouse duties. Please note this is a physically demanding position sacks of food produce can weigh up to 70kg, and teamwork is essential when handling these items.

Key Duties:

• Unloading containers using a counterbalance forklift
• Palletising and moving heavy bags (up to 70kg) as part of a team
• Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Comfortable with physical work
• Flexible with working days if delays occur (usually Monday to Friday)
• Able to work as part of a team

Pay: £12.50 – £13.00 or £14.20 – £14.77 including holiday pay on a weekly basis
Hours: Monday to Friday ( 10:0018:00 or 06:0014:00 )
