Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Outreach: Execute strategic cold calling and personalized email campaigns to decision-makers in offshore companies.
• Lead Generation: Identify and curate leads from multiple sources, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Crunchbase, and other professional directories.
• Lead Coordination: Maintain and organize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth handovers to the technical team.
• Market Research: Identify new target industries and stay updated on tech trends to make our pitches more relevant.
• Relationship Building: Initiate first-level conversations and build rapport with potential international clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional English Skills: You must have near-native fluency in English (both written and spoken). Since you will be dealing with offshore clients, clarity and professional tone are non-negotiable.
• Cold Prospecting: Proven experience in cold calling or cold emailing within the IT/Software industry.
• Multichannel Sourcing: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead‑gen tools.
• Self‑Starter Mentality: Since we are a new company, you should be comfortable working independently and setting your own daily targets.
• Persuasion & Persistence: Ability to handle rejections and pivot strategies to get a "yes."

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
• Database Design & Queries: Model schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for production workloads.
• Third-Party Integrations: Connect applications to external APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, and cloud services as project requirements demand.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, documented, testable code with proper error handling, logging, and deployment-ready configuration.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into shipped features on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Python Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience writing production Python code for web or backend applications.
• Frameworks (FastAPI / Django): Practical exposure to FastAPI and/or Django — routing, middleware, ORM usage, authentication, and API design patterns.
• SQL Databases: Comfortable with MySQL or PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, indexing, and writing performant queries.
• REST APIs & Auth: Solid understanding of REST principles, request/response design, and common auth approaches (JWT, sessions, API keys).
• Git & Development Workflow: Proficient with Git, branching, pull requests, and collaborating in a small agile team environment.
• AI Exposure (Beneficial): Prior experience on AI-based projects — LLM API integration, prompt engineering, or automation powered by AI — is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and ship end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js for client and internal products.
• API & Backend Logic: Design RESTful APIs, implement authentication, and handle server-side business logic with Express and Node.js.
• Database Work: Model, query, and maintain MongoDB collections and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) based on project needs.
• Performance & Maintainability: Optimise page load times, structure reusable React components, and keep codebases readable for long-term support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MERN Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js — building real projects, not tutorials only.
• SQL & NoSQL Databases: Working knowledge of MongoDB for document storage and at least one SQL database (MySQL or PostgreSQL) for relational data.
• REST APIs & Security: Familiar with JWT/session authentication, API design, input validation, and secure handling of user data.
• AI Exposure (Preferred): Experience integrating AI APIs, chat interfaces, or intelligent features into web applications is highly valued.
