The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 04:00–12:00 or Sunday to Friday with Tuesday and Saturday off each week: 14:00–22:00

The role of Forklift Operator:

  • Follow Health and Safety procedures on site
  • Complete all paperwork to a high standard ensuring pick-once procedures
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Dispatching items
  • General warehouse duties
  • Raise any quality issues, including hygiene and damage, to management on site
  • Completion of quality control checks
  • Ability to work in chilled and freezer environments
  • Manual handling
  • Operating MHE

The ideal Forklift Operator:

  • Ability to safely operate MHE such as Counterbalance Forklift, PPT, LLOP, Reach truck
  • PC literate
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements within logistics
  • Ability to follow safety requirements at all times
  • Ability to hit key targets such as pick rates and accuracy
  • Good level of Maths and English
  • Understanding of why PPE must be worn at all times and follow site PPE requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience on the Forklift
  • Copy of previous forklift training required (expired or in-house licenses considered on a case-by-case basis)

Streamline are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Forklift Operator to join their client in Sunbury. You will play a key part in receiving and securely storing items, along with picking and dispatching outbound goods, working in Ambient, Chilled and Freezer departments. Prior forklift training and the successful completion of an internal assessment are required.
