Our client is a fast growth, Fintech/SaaS provider specialising in innovative AI solutions for the private capital industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic UX/UI Design Lead with 8 years + experience within SaaS or Fintech environments.

As the Lead Designer you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly, responsive interfaces that support business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and data scientists to transform complex data insights into interactive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

Your expertise will drive the look and feel of products, ensuring they are visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with client needs. As part of a dynamic team, you'll have ample opportunity to influence the direction of our product suite and grow with the company as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UX/UI Design: Create high-quality designs and wireframes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate user insights and feedback into practical, aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

  • Detail-Oriented: A high standard for design aesthetics, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
