Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Producer (VO) who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and seamless delivery of AAA titles, that will be a leader in voice over production for our Arrival studios UK. You will own VO production across multiple high‑profile projects, helping to set the quality bar, creating and maintaining schedules and budgets for recordings and deliverables, and executing best practices that will be consistent and scalable within Arrival’s broader production framework.
This role goes beyond hitting milestones; more importantly, you will be a cornerstone of client engagement, a leader and mentor for the dialogue and production teams, a key collaborator with the multi‑disciplinary team of designers and senior leaders, and a strategic voice to help shape VO and in‑game production across our studios worldwide.

Reporting to: Director of VO
Works closely with: Creative Director, Head of Production, VO Recording Engineers, Sound Teams, Clients (UK & US)
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for high‑profile VO clients and projects by establishing strong lines of communication, trust and a focus in building positive and long‑term relationships.
- Manage escalations with confidence and keep client satisfaction high, while actively identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Own and drive VO production across multiple projects – establishing quality, delivery, resource planning and client experience.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement across VO workflows and pipelines.
- Oversee multiple concurrent VO projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring each is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, by serving as the escalation point for complex production and delivery challenges.
- Build and maintain production roadmaps with staffing, timelines & key deliverables.
- Partner & support in‑game production projects and pipelines.
- Own and manage VO project budgets, ensuring delivery meets commercial targets.
- Supervise scope management across all projects, ensuring changes are formally communicated, tracked, and approved.
- Prepare documentation and information for client invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project budgets and scope.
- Contribute to bid development and provide input on VO production requirements.
- Support Head Of Production and leadership on forecasting, reporting, and financial performance of VO & in‑game work.
- Mentor and support Producers and Coordinators by elevating their performance and fostering growth.
- Set clear direction, give constructive feedback and provide support across the production team.
- Actively contribute to the hiring and onboarding of new staff.
- Establish standards of communication, organisation, and professionalism across production.
- Create a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate closely with recording engineers, sound designers, and creative leadership.
- Ensure VO production integrates smoothly into game audio and cinematic pipelines.
- Work with N. American teams to maintain alignment across workflows, tools, and delivery expectations.
- Support studio‑wide initiatives and production strategy where required.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in production, with a strong focus on VO or audio production.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and complex production pipelines.
- Strong experience managing client relationships, including high‑profile clients.
- Experience owning budgets, schedules, and scope across projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of game audio, cinematics, and VO workflows.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working across UK and US teams and time zones.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and highly organised.
Working Requirements
- Studio based role in Soho, London (no remote working).
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Availability to support US time zone sessions when needed.
